85 POUNDS LOST FOREVER!!!

I started my weight loss journey on 1/12/10. It took about 15 months, but I'm finally at my goal weight! Best advise I have is to surround yourself with people who have your best interest at heart...not people who will sabotage your diet and healthy lifestyle efforts.

I just turned 42 and have learned to love working out, running, and eating healthy. I'd say I'm addicted to it now. I'm enjoying my new lifestyle and all that it entails...new wardrobe, energy, etc. I've learned ...

My Goals:
My Goals are always changing. Currenty I'd say my goal are:
* Increase lean muscle mass.
* Decrease body fat.
* Live healthy.
* Be strong.
* Encourage others.
* Run a 5K under 25 min.
* Maybe run a half or full marathon.

My Program:
Personal Trainer 2 days a week.
Kickboxing 2 days a weeks.
Yoga once a week.
Strength Training once a week.
Run, bike, hike, swim whenever possibl.

Personal Information:
I'm married to the most wonderful & supportive husband. He loves to find healthy options he can do with me. I have 2 great kids who support me and are proud of me. I love to fish, cook, shop, help others, watch TV and be with family & friends.
My favorite teams are the Chicago Bears, Iowa Hawkeyes, Alabama Crimson Tide and the Yankee's.
