Hey Everyone, I'm Christine I was on this site over 5 years ago, lost 40lbs yay!!, Kept it off for about 2 years until I met my current Boyfriend and it slowly started to all come back.. So now since I have graduated University in April 2011 (with my Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management ) I realized I needed to get back in shape and lose all this weight so I can start feeling better about myself again. ...
Hey Everyone, I'm Christine I was on this site over 5 years ago, lost 40lbs yay!!, Kept it off for about 2 years until I met my current Boyfriend and it slowly started to all come back.. (I blame him, LOL!!!) So now since I have graduated University in April 2011 (with my Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management ) I realized I needed to get back in shape and lose all this weight so I can start feeling better about myself again. March 2012: I'm high in my weight right now because I havent been consistent in exercising or eating right. So I am around 185, which really bothers me. My plan for the next couple of months is to incorporate Paleo Diet into what I'm doing, so slowly starting to take away wheat and dairy products and everything that is processed. That will really help get me balanced. Also, use the Qivana shakes for breakfast to jump start my metabolism the right way (made with almond milk) Update: End of April - I'm at 177.. so I'm getting there.. By the beginning of June, I would like to have lost more than 20lbs, ideally 30. But it just depends on how dedicated I stick to my program for food and exercise. My Ideal weight is to be around 130-140 and maintain it for life! That is my ultimate goal..

My goal is to start living healthy again. Stop eating unhealthy food, and start staying in to eat. My Program:
Gym in the morning before work.. Cardio Only ST dvds after work (This is the plan.. hasnt quite worked out yet tho) I will eat healthy! No (or very little): Candy, other Junk food, Fried Foods, Fast Food, High sugared alcohol drinks I will choose healthier choices when eating out. I have a lot of workout dvds, I'm addicted!! LOL Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, Jillian Micheal's 30 Shred, Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs, Island Girl Workouts (Tahitian Cardio, Hip hop, Hula Buns and thighs)
