Hey Everyone, I'm Christine

I was on this site a long time ago, lost 40lbs yay!!, Kept it off for about 2 years until I met my exBoyfriend and it slowly started to all come back..

August 2014 - Current Update, I am now living with my parents again, as I've separated from my boyfriend.. this makes it easier to focus on eating better and getting more exercise. I'm down about 7lbs from my heaviest which is a start. My plan is to go to the gym at least 3x/week

August 2014 - Current Update, I am now living with my parents again, as I've separated from my boyfriend.. this makes it easier to focus on eating better and getting more exercise. I'm down about 7lbs from my heaviest which is a start. My plan is to go to the gym at least 3x/week

OCT 2013- I am now at the highest I've ever been. I've been having a lot of struggles with my weight. Last Fall - due to my hormones, I gained 15lbs in about 3-4 months. And since then I've gained another 20lbs. Which is WAY higher than I've ever been.


My Ideal weight is to be around 150 and maintain it, but I would be happy around 155-160 as well.

Gym 3-4 times a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Sat and Sun - 1 hour of Strength and 30-45mins of Cardio

No (or very little):
Candy, other Junk food, Fried Foods, Fast Food, High sugared alcohol drinks

I will choose healthier choices when eating out.

I have a lot of workout dvds, I'm addicted!! LOL
Zumba, Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, Jillian Micheal's 30 Shred, Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs, Island Girl Workouts (Tahitian Cardio, Hip hop, Hula Buns and thighs)

OMG girl!! How the heck are you?! I just got back on too - like a week or so ago! I had a little boy while we took this leave of absense! hahahah He is 8 months old today! Time flys by I tell ya!

Hi! I saw your story on the "20-somethings" team page- that's almost exactly what happened to me! I joined Spark and lost 40 lbs only to have it all creep back up on me plus even more weight. If you ever want to have a cheerleader/ compare stories/ concerns/ etc let me know!
