hi my name is carolyn tinch.I am 5 feet tall and need to lose 70 pounds.I am older and have some medical problems.I have never been able to lose weight and so the pounds come.I live in a small town in Tenn.named Monterey.Last year I had my gall bladder removed and since then the pounds have stayed.I also take medicine for fibermyalgawhich makes you gain weight.

My new goals for the holidays are just to be able to stay the same weight.I would of corse like to lose,but for me through the holidays that would be hard.
