I came here because I've had it with my horrible dieting tactics (i.e. not eat anything at all). Throughout high school I was always self-conscious about my weight (even when I didn't need to be--I started out at 111 lbs). By the end of my sophomore year my depression meds caused me to blow up to a whopping 135 lbs. It was an all time low for me. By the end of my sophomore year my depression meds caused me to blow up to a whopping 135 lbs. It was an all time low for me. Then I went off the meds and developed an eating disorder, bringing back down to 115 lbs. I graduated at this weight. In college, the stress of school and being away from home plus an unhealthy lifestyle lead me up to a staggering 140 lbs. By Easter I decided that was it, I was going to get things under control. I'm now down to approximately 128-129 pounds (I'm just calling it 130) and my UGW is 105. I really think I can do it! I've finally started to eat a little healthier. It might just be a healthy breakfast but it's still a start :). Wish me luck!
