6/22/15 - Had a baby boy on 6/1/15. Peak pregnancy weight was 176 lbs this time. Currently 157, heading to 135 lbs as first goal.

9/14/14 - Refreshing weight loss challenge- Current weight 142 lbs. New Goal 130 lbs.

3/1/14 - Joined Weight Watchers online, lost 30+ lbs afterward.

1/15/14 - Had a baby girl! My peak weight 184 lbs while pregnant.

4/19/13 - 136 lbs - Completed 30 Day Shred Level 3, Can run 1 to 1.5 miles

2/16/12 - INJURED - Knee Arthritis flaming up more than ever! Doc says STOP RUNNING.

2/6/12 - Able to lift 30 lbs

10/11/11 - Sling is officially off! Starting PT

9/8/11 - MAJOR SETBACK -Shoulder Surgery- Arthroscopic Labral Repair

11/7/10 - PR''d Marathon - ING NYC Marathon (4:29:18!)

5/22/10 -- PR''d Half Marathon by over 14 min (2:05:15!!)

12/12/09 - PR''d 4M race (35:27)!

12/6/09 - PR''d 10K race (56:40) !!!

11/1/2009 - Ran the ING NYC Marathon (4:50:25) Holy Cow!

10/11/09 - Ran 20 miles! CANNOT believe it!

10/1/09 ONE MONTH until the Marathon! Still training! - 131 lbs

8/23/09 - Completed 8 weeks Marathon Training! .. 127 lbs

7/18/09 - Completed 3 weeks Marathon Training! .. 125 lbs

7/6/09 -- ONE YEAR on Sparkpeople! Still maintaining weight loss. Goals for this year: Lose 3 more lbs (get to 123lbs), reduce body fat percentage to 21% or lower! Learn to play tennis. Cook more! Continue marathon training for ING NYC Marathon 2009 AND 2010.

7/1/09 -- I''m Training for the Marathon!!

6/7/09 -- Won the Lottery for NYC Marathon! woo! Maintaining 126 lbs

4/25/09 -- Ran the Run for the Wild 5K through the Bronx Zoo - my first race in a year!

3/30/09 - Turned 30 years old! 128 lbs.

2/7/09-- set new goal of 123 lbs

2/5/09 -- Made 22.9% body fat! On my way to 21%!

11/20/08 -- 125 lbs - LOST 10 Lbs!

11/20/08 -- Made 23% body fat goal! Set new goal of 21% body fat.

11/17/08 -- Bought my first bikini, EVER!

11/14/08 -- I''ve made my Goal Weight- 126 lbs!

7/15/08 -- Joined Sparkpeople at 135 lbs.

6/1/08- Back to 138 lbs again!

3/30/08 -- 130 lbs

2/23/08 - INJURED - Tore Calf Muscle Badly in Al Gordon Snowflake 4M Fun Run -- no more running for a year!

11/15/07 -- 138 lbs. Feeling icky.

For rest of 2015:

- Get consistent sleep (tough w two kids under two!)
- Eat 'Mostly Plants' again
- Recover from C-section #2, build up to walking 30 mins to an hour straight
- Eat and Buy Food Locally
- No injuries


My Program:
Walking, lifting toddler, 80% eating better

I'm 36, 5'1" , married with 2 kids, and I live in Manhattan

Other Information:
Recovering from surgery yet again - getting back to pre-pregnancy weight & bettering it, hopefully!

Hang in there girl. The timing of this illness may even be a blessing. By this weekend, you will probably start feeling better each day. By midweek, you'll feel so stir crazy with energy you will be jumping around the house.
By November 1, you will be ready for an ultra marathon. Your energy levels will be off the charts! You'll be like a Kenyan at local 5K! You will be ready. Let your body heal. Please take care of yourself and get well soon.

Sorry to hear that you are sick. At least that would seem to explain what was going on with your 12 mile run earlier in the week.

Get lots of rest and take it easy. Hope you are feeling more like yourself in the next couple of days.
