9/9/17-- 122lbs. Ran 8:40 min/ miles at a 6K. Can do 3 pull-ups! Eating less dairy, meat and processed food. Trying to be good with the sweets, too.

7/10/17 -- 128lbs, for the first time in Years! Lost about 12 lbs (was up and down) in past 3 months. Running a good amount, and preparing for a hilly 5K in August pushing the double stroller!

8/3/16 - Maintaining pre-pregnancy weight of 138lbs. Committed to healing back issues developed in last pregnancy, and improving diet! New weight goal of 130lbs.

6/22/15 - Had a baby boy on 6/1/15. Peak pregnancy weight was 176 lbs this time. Currently 157, heading to 135 lbs as first goal.

9/14/14 - Refreshing weight loss challenge- Current weight 142 lbs. New Goal 130 lbs.

3/1/14 - Joined Weight Watchers online, lost 30+ lbs afterward.

1/15/14 - Had a baby girl! My peak weight 184 lbs while pregnant.

4/19/13 - 136 lbs - Completed 30 Day Shred Level 3, Can run 1 to 1.5 miles

3/30/13: Turned 34, 141 lbs! Time get fit again.

3/16/13 - Hiked Wayna Picchu! in Peru.

3/15/13 - HIked 1 day on Inka Trail!

1/24/13 - BACK IN THE GYM - Training for Snowboarding trip in February, and Machu Picchu in March!

2/2012 - 12/2012 -- TOUGH YEAR. OFF-TRACK looking for a new groove.

2/16/12 - INJURED - Knee Arthritis flaming up more than ever! Doc says STOP RUNNING.

2/6/12 - Able to lift 30 lbs

12/8/11 - Able to lift 8lbs

10/11/11 - Sling is officially off! Starting PT

11/7/10 - PR''d Marathon - ING NYC Marathon (4:29:18!)

6/7/09 -- Won the Lottery for NYC Marathon! woo! Maintaining 126 lbs

4/25/09 -- Ran the Run for the Wild 5K through the Bronx Zoo - my first race in a year!

3/30/09 - Turned 30 years old! 128 lbs.

2/7/09-- set new goal of 123 lbs

2/5/09 -- Made 22.9% body fat! On my way to 21%!

11/20/08 -- 125 lbs - LOST 10 Lbs!

11/20/08 -- Made 23% body fat goal! Set new goal of 21% body fat.

11/17/08 -- Bought my first bikini, EVER!

11/14/08 -- I''ve made my Goal Weight- 126 lbs!

7/15/08 -- Joined Sparkpeople at 135 lbs.

6/1/08- Back to 138 lbs again!

2/23/08 - INJURED - Tore Calf Muscle Badly in Al Gordon Snowflake 4M Fun Run -- no more running for a year!

For rest of 2017

- Run 3 more races - 2 trail races
- Improve speed to 8min/ mile or faster on 5ks
- Eat less dairy and meat, little to no processed foods
- Eat less sugar, more whole grains
- Try new recipes


My Program:
Running 3-4 days a week, with stroller or alone. Strength 1 or 2 times a week. Eating well. Getting some "me" time every day. Reading books.

    Thank you SO much for the conversion, because I've been obsessed with trying to find out my true calorie burn for bike rides. My Garmin 405 - even when set in bike mode - is ridiculously off, so I've been using SP which actually comes out very close to calculation you provided. I think what I've been more puzzled about is how burning 566 calories via running seems so much more taxing/painful/sweaty than biking it out. Or maybe I was just having too much fun tearing it up out there!

    I didn't have shoulder surgery, but have had each shoulder manipulated due to frozen shoulder. I have all respect for you for having shoulder surgery. Can't wait to get to know you.
