Taking charge of MY health!

I am just a guy living his life. Often times I find myself taking what I have for granted and I think it comes from not being fully grounded. I enjoy having my head in the clouds and being a "fluffy bunny", lol. Getting down to business and doing the work is generally hard for me because I'm so reluctant to come down from the kingdom I've built in the sky. Being an introvert really just empowers me to do what I want and forsake the rest.

My Goals:
To be 169-ish by Dec 7th which I am well on my way to. And if I'm lucky I'll even beat that.

To run a 5k in November.
I'd like to be able to run the entire thing.

My Program:
Interval Training - Walk/Jog

This is a 5 week program (which will probably take much longer than just 5 weeks)
The first week consists of Walking for 4 minutes then Jogging for 1 minute x4.
Second week is Walking for 3 minutes and Jogging for 1.5 minutes x5
Third week is Walk for 3 minutes and Jog for 2 x5
Fourth week is Walk for 2 minutes and Jog for 2.5 minutes x5
Fifth week is Walk for 3 and Jog for 3.

I was trained in Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Thai, and of course Swedish.
Thai is by far my favorite modality.
Unfortunatly, I don't practice much right now--I took a regular office job, started seeing clients less and less. I miss it, and think I'll start again soon.
How about you?

I would not use the campus one they may have sprayed. Plus avoid any near the road side to from car waste n such.
