Visualize being strong, healthy

I am a workaholic who needs to more work/life balance. Not aiming to be a size 4, but would love to get back into some of my favorite clothes and feel strong and healthy. I am a design manager for a snacks company - so I face temptations every day at my job. Need to get white sugar and flour out of my diet!
