Getting Fit Again!!

I've been a runner all my life until injuries the past few years. I've been lifting for awhile, but needed motivation to get back to running. I hope SparkPeople will keep me going!

I'm hoping to get back to running marathons soon! (or at least half-marathons)

My Program:
I'm lifting upper body 3 days a week and lower body 3 days a week. I'm currently running 2 miles per day, but planning to increase that soon. I'm also paying more attention to my eating habits!
