Hello everyone! My name is Christina and this is not the first time I have started spark people. This is probably the third or fouth and everytime I start doing good I just fall off the wagon again. Hello everyone! My name is Christina and this is not the first time I have started spark people. This is probably the third or fouth and everytime I start doing good I just fall off the wagon again. I was at my mom's one day visiting and I got on the scale because I have not weighed myself in a long time. When I seen the numbers I literally wanted to break down and cry. I cannot believe how much I have let myself go. I am determined to lose this weight. My biggest problem is knowing where to begin. I am hoping that I can meet people on here who will help me get through this life changing event :) because I do not know if I can do this on my own. I want to be able to run around with my kids and not get wore out or sweat my butt off. I sweat just getting ready to go to the store! I also want to look at myself in the mirror and feel like I have become the person that I want to become and I want my daughters to look up to there mother and see me as a good role model for them. So if anyone would like to help me I would really appreciate all the support that I can get. Hope to meet some people on here! Good luck everyone :)

My Goals:
Run a mile without being out of breath.

Play with my kids outside without being wore out.

Not break a sweat just getting ready (putting on make up, doing hair, getting dressed, getting kids ready and diaper bag ready) SAD HUH?!

Weigh less than my man.

Feel sexy in my own skin ;)

Get down to around 160-170!!!!!

Live a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
Well, I am working out everyday alternating between biggest loser cardio max and biggest loser sculpting. Once I get some good walking shoes ( I WANT REEBOKS SHAPE UPS) I want to walk everyday with my girls in our double stroller. (The stroller weighs 40 pounds and my girls weigh around 60 together so that will be a work out!) I plan on eating a lot healthier than what I used to and account for EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth. I am also going to try and drink 8 glasses of water a day. :)

Personal Information:
I am a fun fiesty momma who is ready for a change in my life.... myself. I want to feel confident when I look in the mirror and see that how I feel about myself reflects in how I look... SEXY! I also do not want to do this journey alone and would love to meet others here on spark because we are all striving for the same thing.. Weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. So please add me andwe can all do this together! :)

Out of the 30 i gained 5 back..so I'm wanting to lose about 30 more. Starting today off with a serving of special K cereal =) For lunch I'm having turkey on whole wheat and maybe a low carb yogurt woohoo =) You are such a good motivator! =)
