Claudia's Journey
After failing for a while, I lost 29 lb with SP in a couple of months & without suffering. I can't believe I found this program. Overeaters Anonymous helped me stop binges permanently, but lately I was eating like a thin person and doing little exercise. Natural propensity to put on, middle age and menopause didn't help. In the difficult path of maintaining and trying to get fitter, while dealing with chronic back and neck problems and disliking exercise. I'm a sparkie for life & will stick to my maintenance range no matter what. 31/10/09 Have put on some weight in the last few months and I won't stop until I hit my maintenance range again 71-73kg. I'd like to go back to the middle of that range. Also must incorporate serious stretching due to lack of mobility in my joints. Doctor's orders.

My Program:
Update after gaining 4 kg: Plan to do cardio 4 times a week, strength a couple and I must incorporate some kind of serious stretching a couple of times a week by doctor's orders. calorie range 1500-1600 In maintenance, keeping my calorie intake between 1600 and 1800. Doing 15 min cardio (at least) every day . Do strength routine also at least 2 times a week. Maintaining the weight loss and making the most of SP.
