My goals are still the same (basically):
1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
2. Get 315 minutes of cardio a week
3. Walk/play with the dog every day
4. Go to every Zumba class
5. Get back on track with my eating


Daily Goals:

-- Drink the water.
-- Get to walking
-- Mind what your putting in your mouth
-- Stay positive even in the face of adversity
-- Motivate myself and others.

My Program:
One day at a time...

careful planning and execution of a structured meal plan

at least 20 minutes a day of some sort of excercise.

I would also like to be sure to get the dog out for a long walk when the weather permits.

Personal Information:
I'm a determined, hard headed, exceptional woman. I can and will do anything I decide to do!

Hey, I think you're right. We can both do this together. I don't have my cell, and I hope you check this today. I'll be in my classroom till around 4 or 4:30. I'm up for a walk. Two times around the new track is just over a mile. emoticon
