Joined this in 2010 with the goal of weight loss. I meandered around the same weight and gained in 2011. Finally getting into shape in 2012. Originally, the goal was to feel healthy and beautiful for my wedding, now the goal is to continue this new active lifestyle and balance it with family and work.
1. Joined a Yoga Studio 2. Dancing 2-3 times a week 3. Running 12 miles (or more) a week 4. Signed up for a 10K in September!
