I am 41, and have lost 110 pounds. I started in late 2010, and reached my "goal" weight in December 2011. (I've considered myself to be essentially in maintenance since June 2011, though -- I stopped actively dieting due to a family crisis at that time, but the last 15+ pounds came off during those 6 months.) As an attorney, I have a high-stress job (and life!), and maintenance is essentially a very time consuming second shift. But so far it has been worth the price of admission!

My Goals:
My primary goal is to maintain my 110 pound weight loss (or if that proves untenable, perhaps maintain at 10 pounds or so heavier). Secondary goals include increased cardio fitness and improvements in strength and flexibility.

My Program:
My primary cardio exercise is running, but I also do aerobic dance, and go for long walks and/or hiking. I have fallen away from regular strength training due to a family crisis, but am doing what I can to maintain my strength for now. Hope to get back to working out with a trainer soon -- I enjoy being able to lift really heavy things!
