I've just recently (re-) began my journey to becoming healthy and a lean, mean fighting machine (ok, just more fit...LOL).

My Goals:
To be able to look down and see my feet!!

Not have flying bat arms.

Lose some of that junk in my trunk : )

Really I don't have a certain number that I want to lose. I just want to feel good, look good and have my husband say "WOW, my wife's got her sexy back"!

My Program:
Building Muscle-
Weight lifting 4x/week for 4 weeks. (Completed)

Intro to Cardio-
weeks 5-8
Walk 5 miles/week + weight lifting 4x week

*And drink LOTS of water (64 oz minimum but even more on workout days).
