I want to set a new routine that becomes a way of life that I never have to think about. I've always wanted to be a runner and have dabbled. Time to make it happen.

Since I have been eating healthier, I notice that when I go out to restaurants sometimes the food makes me sick. I am sure it is due to the grease the food is cooked with. I only use olive oil and when you eat out, it is no telling what the food is prepared with.

I read an article on Spark about substituting beans for meat. Not sure it I mentioned but one of my favorite meals here on Spark is the Spaghetti with lentil beans, tomatoes cooked in olive oil and topped with parm cheese. This is one of the meals on my nutrition tracker. Yummy....I can eat this at least 3 times in one week.
