My goal is a comfortable, happy weight ranging around 125-130. A healthy (most of the time) diet. Exercise!! I joined a gym so I have the added incentive of hating to waste money. LOL
Healthy food in NORMAL portions. Some kind of exercise or activity on a regular/daily basis.
I live in Michigan. I am in a committed relationship that has been instrumental in causing great joy and some sadness...but what relationship doesn't. I have wonderful children and grandchildren and a large extended family whom I love.
