My Path to a Flat Tummy AGAIN

I am the wife of a really great guy, mother of 3 wonderful kids, and motived to loose my muffin top! I am trying to stay motivated to work out more often, watch what I eat and how much I eat of it, and to have a flat stomach by the end of the year. My pitfalls are food - I can workout all day long (well, I could if I didn't have to watch the kids) - but I LOVE eating Chocloate Sugary foods. I would eat them every meal if they were considered healthy foods! :) But, since they aren't, I am trying ...

I saw that your huddle said you need support. Well, this is the place to be.
You didn't state any particular hurdle. No, chocolate is not a food group, but my skinny friends try to convince me otherwise...it comes from a bean, so its a vegetable, if its milk chocolate--there's your dairy, and of course ALL desserts are in a food group of there own!!!(LOL) Don't give up emoticon emoticon emoticon

It would be a great site, even if we had to pay for it. I also use the local Y, but they don't have the incentive with the T-shirts. I am including the info below, as SP has changed a lot in the last 2 years. I have been a member more than once myself.

Be sure to be active on a few spark teams to help develop a network of buddies. Spark People have already suggested some for you. You can always choose to join teams of other people you meet.

My current goal is to lose 5 pounds and increase my endurance to be able to walk two miles a day.
