HI! Well, your post sounds interesting. I'm going to google it now cuz I have absolutely NO IDEA what that is! I am just starting my day as usual so after I do that, I'm going to do the video for the challenge and walk, maybe run a little on my treadmill. I am REALLY sore in the legs today. That's one thing about SP I have an issue with. They concentrate WAY TOO MUCH on the hips, thighs & butt, I DON'T NEED HELP THERE AT ALL! I'm all from there up except the booby dept. ROFLMAO!!!!

Hi, I saw your post on the "Workouts" thread. Please do come by and share your workouts with us. There's another woman who is there too. She's just been busy lately but, she'll be back. It has been just the 2 of for a long time we kind of started that thread Every now and then someone else comes by but they don't seem to stay. We get ideas from each other and chat too.
I would really love if you would post your food on your tracker. My goal is 120 but I keep getting stuck between 125-132. I know I eat too much but if I had someone like you who is already REALLY close to my goal who posted what they eat and what they do it would help me out A LOT!
