This is me when I started Spark People at 250 pounds
This is me at almost 1/2 of my weight loss goal (38 pounds lost as of this picture)

Awwwe... You know, I don't think of myself as an INSPIRATION yet, but to know that I have inspired someone, really makes my journey that much sweeter. It not only makes me want to thrive for myself, but for others as well!
Thank you for adding fuel to my SPARK FIRE, my lady!!!!! I hope that I can continue to set an example for you, and all who SUPPORT me!!!! You help me TREMENDOUSLY!!!!!!!

JULIE2BTRUE has lost her first 20 pounds, since starting over again!!!! THANK YOU, for your SUPPORT!!!!
Just 22 more pounds, and I can start where I left off, at 263. One of my goals is to fall below 200. It AMAZES me that I only have 86 pounds to lose, in order to achieve this.... (As opposed to the 106 that I started over with, over a month ago... GO ME)
And Julie says with a big smile, "I believe I'm going to make it, sweetie!"

Here are some examples of affirmations you can use to SPARK your journey, or you may develop your own affirmations that you can "own." Each day, write or say aloud your affirmations, and BELIEVE in YOU!
I'm on the road to fitness.
I am feeling thinner today.
I'm losing weight now.
I look and feel lighter today.
I'm enjoying how I'm feeling now.
I love the feeling of making progress.
I love the food that makes me thin.
Losing weight is effortless.
I am going to fit into the next size smaller any minute.
I enjoy being healthy.
I'm making things easy for myself now.
My body is getting stronger, slimmer, and healthier every day.
I feel so thin inside, my outer is just about to catch up.
I love to challenge myself.
I deserve the best.
I am a SUCCESS, because I am striving to reach my goals.
To help with having your own inventory of nourishing words and phrases, write two affirming sentences on index cards, place them on your bathroom mirror or on your refrigerator. Read them first thing every morning and last thing at night as a reward to yourself for sticking with your plan.
Weight loss quotes...
1. Quitting is NOT an option.
2. Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down...
3. It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?
4. IT'S NOT ABOUT HOW GOOD YOU ARE BUT HOW BAD YOU WANT IT!!
