I was 140 B4 either child-Now, I just want to get back to 150ls

January of 2012. 185lbs, only 5lbs less than my full term pregnancy weight.

2010-155lbs-Can't wait to rock a mini skirt like that again!

My Goals:
In the short term, I want to get down to 160lbs A.S.A.P., so that I can land a $500 photo-shoot, enabling me to put my car on the road. Long term: I want to get down to 140-150lbs. In that range I have no back or knee pain and I look amazing!
My Program:
I start the day off by listening to "Lose Weight Easily-7 Minute Meditation" posted on YouTube by 2020wonderbred while dong a thigh master motion with a resistance band around my knees. After that I stay mindful of my nutrition and activity level.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in Massachusetts. I love hiking, swimming, and reading non-fiction. I work on and off as a model too.
Other Information:
Stay motivated!!! Read success stories every day to stay pumped. Remember that sweat is your friend. Don't be afraid to leave your comfort zone. These are the rules that I am learning to love!
