My Goals:

My Program:
As much as it pains me to give up the idea of instant results, the main part of my program is learning to be patient with myself. For now I am focusing on my Fast Break goals: Planning 2-3 healthy snacks a day, Exercise 10 minutes a day, every day & Read a weight loss success story every day.
