My Goals:
1- Be happier about my body despite my weight 2- Do more fun outdoor activities 3- Get back to 120-125 lbs 4- Be able to do 30 consecutive push ups 4- Be able to do 10 dead hang pull ups 5- Be able to complete a CrossFit workout at the prescribed weights/time
My Program:
1- Exercising every day (trying to burn between 300 and 500 calories pre day 2- Eating between 1200 and 1500 calories per day 3- Trying to maintain a healthy caloric deficit over time 4- Choosing exercises that are fun! 5- Exercising with my husband (he truly motivates me!)
