Hello anyone who reads this. Here's a little bit of info about me.

I was overweight my whole life and ended up at 303 lbs when I was 21. At that age, due to a very rare genetic disorder, hyperoxaluria, I had to start dialysis and had to completely change my diet to "the dialysis diet." I decided that if I was going to start cutting foods out I should also focus on having a healthier diet and ended up losing 80 lbs over the next 2 years. I got stuck at that point and was around 220 lbs for about 4 years. I then received a kidney transplant as well as a liver transplant that I needed to cure the genetic disorder. The liver worked great but I required a second kidney transplant. I received the kidney from my awesome husband in 2008. With each transplant and the medications I have put on more weight even though I have the same lifestyle and I'm sure getting older isn't helping. I know what I really need to focus on to turn this around is regular, consistent exercise. Something that I have been struggling with for a long time now. I'm taking another shot at regularly exercising and will be using SparkPeople to record my progress.

My Goals:

My Program:
I do a strength circuit training sort of workout 2x a week for an hour each. I do 2 hour long yoga classes each week. I also take an hour long ilovekickboxing class once a week. I try to mix in riding my bike, swimming, and Zumba classes as time permits.

Personal Information:
My name is Crystal. I currently work as a Database and Middleware Administrator in Upstate New York. I love trying and doing new things. My biggest motivation to losing weight and getting more fit is to be able to do all of the really active things that look like so much fun to me. I don't want to look back one day and say there were things I didn't do just because I was overweight.
