My Goals:
I want to be healthier by reaching both fitness and weight goals. I'd like to lose 75 lbs and be healthier as I age than I was when I was young.

My Program:
Eating healthy, watching portions, drinking water, working out 5-6 days a week. Weights, kettlebell, cardio. Should I do a couch to 5k this spring? Maybe!
