My Goals:
My first goal is to get get to my prepregnancy weight of last year. After that I will continue to add more. But I want to loose weight and become healthy overall.
My Program:
My plan is to count calories and to exercise. As I go along my journey I will tweek my exercise and calories so I can continue to loose weight.
