This Journey NEVER ends, but don't stop believin'!

I'm Tiffany. Thank you for visiting my page.

After the birth of my 2nd child (2006) I weighed 250 pounds. I lost 60 of it, then gained some back, then lost some, then gained some. Last year I reached my weight loss goal of 155 pounds, then gained 23 lbs back. I have lost 18 of those, but am still working toward a "normal" BMI once again. This is a journey that will last every day for the rest of my life. I'm a work in progress and always will be.

During my journey to a healthier lifestyle I have become a runner. Over the course of the past couple of years I have worked my way down to a 9 minute mile, which is incredible, considering when I started running I was over a 13 minute mile.

Me and my husband have run 6 half marathons since December 2012 and have no plans of stopping. Our next race is That Dam Half Marathon on October 19th and the Blue Red Run Half Marathon on November 16th. We also do several other races througout the year, 5k, 10k, 15k, etc. We like to run for charities and fitness alike.

I love Sparkpeople. I use this site every. single. day. Can't live without it. Now let's burn some calories together.

My Goals:

My Program:
It's all about fitting into clothes instead of stuffing myself into them. Being healthy inside and out!

I like to burn at least 3000 calories per week, running is my favorite activity. I am also a green belt in tae kwan do.

I log my food religiously, even if it's just a bite of mac & cheese I stole from the kids, I log it.

I saw one of your post on SparkCafe. I am inspired again by the amount of weight you have managed to lose. You look great in your pictures. I have lost over 50 lbs but keep bouncing around now for the past year without a significant weight loss. I need to lose another 50 lbs.
Thanks for the inspiration to get back on the nutrition and fitness wagon.
