Crystal's War
Weight Management is a lifelong challenge; a series of daily battles. I win some. I lose some. But I AM winning the war. It has taken me three years to lose just over 50 pounds. I'm okay with that. I'm not done. I will lose another 10, even if it takes me another six months to do it.

My career shift to becoming a Personal Trainer helps me stay motivated because it's important to me that I set a good example for my clients, and because their stories and successes keep me pumped.

My Goals:
Cardio 3+/week, Strength 2+/week. Caloric intake less than caloric output everyday.
My Program:
I'm using the ViSalus Transformation Kit. I drink 2 shakes a day, take the supplements, eat a regular dinner and 2 snacks. I also burn at least 1,750 calories a week by exercising.
