Crystal's Progress
Well I really have not come though with my goal to lose weight. It becomes very difficult when you are young and you want to go out with your friends, eat pizza all the time, and drink beer. Yesturday I realized I had a huge problem, when I had major problems getting on a ride at an amusement park. I really want to try to get down to a healthy weight and even though it will be difficult to find the time in my life to get to the gym I know that I have to.
