My short term goal is to lose 5lbs by my son's birthday party, which is June 16th. (DONE!) My next goal is to lose 10 more pounds by Dec 15, 2007 (half way there!)
I'm trying to watch my calorie intake and stay away from fried foods and white flour! I'm also walking a lot and just started Leslie Sansone, Walk Away The Pounds DVD's since it's getting colder out.
