3. I'd like to exercise at least 60 minutes a day.
4. To lower blood pressure and my chance of diabetes and heart disease.

I'm 37, been married to Jessie for 13 years. Together we have 4 children. We are a busy family. But not as active as I think we should be. I enjoy scrapbooking, reading ,and baking. My downfall is sweets, of all kinds, especally chocolate.
