I just had my baby boy in June 2010. I actually lost weight being pregnant. 2 months after he was born I gained what I had lost back. So now, I've decided it's time to be healthy. My goal is to be active and healthy, and in doing so - lose weight and be comfortable in my own skin!
I am doing the Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred DVD. I am also a member of the YMCA and walk occasionally. I am not on a 'diet'. I am just eating healthier and watching my portions. I can't do a "DIET". :)
