Aloha - hey, thanks for checking in on me ...
My goals this week? To REALLY stay on my food plan ... I've been getting a little wacky lately not eating regular meals, eating late at night ... each NOT good things for me! I'm still 'nursing' my sprained ankle - but it's still raining here so walking (my fave exercise) - wouldn't be the best option anyway. I KEEP saying I'm going to do 'chair exercises' but I've YET to start them ... I can be so stubborn about exercise sometimes! My other goal ... drink plenty of water!!!!!
My overall goal for the month is to NOT cave in to the normal 'holiday foods' (sugary, fatty, etc.) ... I'll be making some 'healthier' options and starting 'new traditions' with them ... to lose weight (I'd like to hit the 170's by 2017) ... OR maintain ...
I don't have far to go to reach that goal - just a few pounds ... but just a few weeks to do it in ... and unlike decades past ... my weight loss is S-L-O-W-E-R than molasses ... which is okay IF I manage to KEEP it off this time! My goal for 2017 is - whatever weight I start - I do not want to ever go back above throughout the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT would be a MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT - ha!
