i am a mother of twins girls, i have been married for 14 years. i just graduated with my bachelors in computer. i have 200 lbs i want to lose before my 20th wedding anniversary. it would be nice to look as good that as i did on my wedding day. i have set a goal of 50lbs a year for my self and this is so that i don't beat my self up for not losing as much weight as i wanted. i have done weight watchers and lost 65lbs and hit a wall, now i am doing south beach diet.
