    Lot of good toning exercises in the sparks fitness. I think the Dumbbell side bends are really good for the sides of your stomach. I'm also partial to the what I like to call the ski exercise. I believe sparks calls it Triceps Lifts with band. I personally do em without the band and just the dumbbells.

    Hey girl! I hope you're not over-doing it. You gave up pasta? Maybe try to have smaller portions of pasta, or make sure it is with a red sauce with veggies? Just a suggestion :)

    I am so used to depriving myself that I totally get it. But insight from my horrible experience: when you give up or deprive yourself of food you really love; you want it even more.

    I really like working out, too. It's a natural mood enhancer! I'm 5'6. How tall are you?

    Heya! How's it going? I see in your status that you feel like you're not making progress...I hate that feeling! So sorry you're having trouble. My first week with SP sucked: I gained back the one pound I had lost. But then I started using the Nutrition Tracker and things got a lot better. :) Please let me know if you ever want to chat or just vent about that stubborn scale!! Stay positive--if you keep heading in the right direction things WILL get better! emoticon
