Starting the Journey Again...

Beginning my journey again after derailing for almost 6 months where I gained alot of my weight back. I signed up for Disney's Princess Half Marathon that's on February 27, 2011 so hopefully that will give me the kick in the butt that I need to get me back on track. The $140 sign up fee alone should keep me moving. :)

Also gonna start tracking all of my calories again because that really helped me before. Here we go again!

Ahh!! I loved him too in Gilmore Girls. I was a HUGE Jess fan and was highly upset when they took him out :(

Hi Crunky!! Thanks for adding me! I'm fairly new to eating clean as well. going into my 3rd week now. Its going great so far! its much much easier to eat this way than I thought. Just takes a lot of planning ahead. thinknig about meals and what to bring in my "cooler" (lunch bag) each day.

I love the ezekiel bread. it has taken a little bit of getting used to though, its very earthy and really takes a long time to chew. which is good for me since i love to feel like i'm eating a large quantity. I found it in my regular grocery store (safeway) in the freezer section near the veggie/healthy aisle. They have a similar bread at trader joes which is the trader joes brand.
