Getting a new lease on life

Have fought some health issues and injuries for the last few years that kept me from exercising. I was never thin, but at one time spent 6 days a week at the gym. Am doing this for a healthier me and going to do it, pain or not!

Making an effort to eat nutritious meals, lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains. Working out again and it feels great!
