Post 110 LBS lost text AKA Once I moved to Onederland: I set out to lose 110 pounds, my original "final" goal - 110 pounds ago (as of July 29, 2011) Getting down to 199 seemed almost impossible, or a long, long time away. For me it was 1 year and 2 months away. For me it was 1 year and 2 months away. Of course, now that I am down to 199 ---- I can't just stop - so my new goal is 179, when I get there, I will be able to decide if 160 is a suitable final goal or not. Only time will tell but I know I will get there (and for Christmas according to Sparkpeoples calculator :D! ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ Time to update again! hard to believe that I am so close to one-derland! 85 pounds lost (as of late February 2011) and only 25 pounds away to my 4th goal! one-derland! Closer to being fit than my previous maximum unfitness! I'm not exactly a stranger to weight-loss. I lost 80 pounds once before in 2003. Got as low 208-ish lbs, but then work and life happened and all the weight came back. This time I'm not going to let the re-gaining occur. I'm telling friends, next time, HIT ME if you see me gain again if you have to. ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ ✮ ✯ In the past 6 months (May 19 2010 to November 19 2010) I have turned the year around and made 2010 better (my grandpa passing away in early May really made 2010 look like it was going to be a horrible year (also made a recent break up look tiny too)). I have lost 60 lbs (ok 59.2 in exactly 6 months) as well as gotten my drivers license so I'm more independent than I already was. Still need to loose 50 lbs to get to my official goal (but obviously will carry on after that) --- I know I can do it!

My Goals:
It was getting down to 289, then 259 -then 229 and then down to 199.. now it is 179.
My Program:
Biking to and from work in the spring and summer (5.6 km or 3.5 miles). Walk at least 3 hours accumulative each week.
