My weight loss goal right now is to get down to 150 lbs.
My weekly goal is 3lbs a week.
My plan is to work out 4x a week. Sundays I workout with a group of friends to kick off the week. Throught out the week I will be working out at 6am before my day starts. That way I don't convince myself not to go becasue I'm tired later in the day.
A have no real meal plans besides eating in moteration and only between the hours of 8:30 am and 8:30 pm. I would like to get a control on how much stratch I eat.
I'm reading self help/motivational books. Right now I am reading the Beck Diet Solution.
