It's 2013, and I'm happy, healthy, and still here at SPARKPEOPLE with my SparkFriends! That in itself is enough to keep me motivated to do the healthy thing, day after day.
I'm a 50-something, busy woman, with a great husband and two grown kids and our first grandchild on the way.
I work hard, but work out harder since joining SP.
In 2012 I lost 30 lbs and became a real-live runner. I've amassed over 27,000 fitness minutes... That is 450+ hours! An accomplishment I will try ...

Oh what is happening ? I am struggling so hard right now, heading to where I was last year, remember we were not going to do that again? The important thing is we are still here, and we are still trying!! Had a good day today, maybe I can string it into 2 days!! Hang in there Spark Friend!!!!!

Thanks for commenting on my day 400 blog. I was reading your sparkpage and I understand your frustration.

I know that I need to focus on my nutrition more. I've increased my daily allowed calories because I'm on a plateau right now. I think I've experienced too much calories burned and not enough taken in. I'm hoping that this will get my weight loss blasting through.
