Happy Solstice!

Winter is here and with it, yet another chance at renewal. Want to loose 40 pounds and run in three races this summer. Loving husband got me some tools to work toward this-a treadmill and a new GPS. Watch me go!

Hi thank you for the comment. Yes it makes life for me so much easier to be prepared and have my own food ready, or whatever works for you. It's OK to ask the hostedd what the meal is going to be. I hate being thrown in and finding out when I get there that the food is all fried. It better in the end to just as. You'll do great. You are already !
