My 6 Month Challenge(s)

Where did my username come from? When I was young I was so little they called me Screaming Flea (after the comic, lol) and the name stuck because I remained an itty bitty thing. Crouching Flea came a bit later and is a longer story, lol

I'm in the worst shape, worst weight of my life. Younger me would be appalled at me. So I'm using my knowledge from working in a wellness center and SP to help me get into the BEST shape of my life!

I'm in the worst shape, worst weight of my life. Younger me would be appalled at me. So I'm using my knowledge from working in a wellness center and SP to help me get into the BEST shape of my life!

My first challenge is to change my diet. I got a physical done for 2014 and my labs were awful. My doc agreed not to put me on new meds if I changed my diet and started working out again.

My second challenge is to lose a total of 100+ pounds!

My third challenge is to get in shape! I've always been a tom-boy and able to lift quite a bit for a girl, not so now! I've got no muscles! Okay I've got some, but so little that sometimes I think I'm as weak as a day old kitten!

My fourth challenge is something that comes with the rest, to have more energy/stamina! I have it as another challenge because I have so little energy now! I want to do extra things specifically geared toward gaining stamina. I'm tired of running out of gas at lunch!

*Stretch before and after aerobics
*start slow and be gentle on myself


Personal Information:
I am a Christian Stay At Home Mom (SAHM)/
homeschooler and love my job! I have two little girls, Princess is 7 and Angel is 6. I have a wonderful, supportive darling husband (DH).

Other Information:
I love to read, be outdoors, knit, bake, play video games, bead... I'm learning how to crochet and sew, and bake more! I love doing crafts with my kids and learning to do new things!
