My goal is to loose 40 lbs and be able to keep it off. To develop an exercise routine so I will be able to move better. I am setting a goal for the month of Oct to reach my original weight loss goal and to continue to lose more. My new goal for Oct will be to hit 145. To accomplish this my cardio goal is to burn 2100 cal a week.
Not only will I be counting calories but will be also be watching my fats and carbs. I am learning how to eat the right foods so I can keep the weight off when I get to where I want to be.
I live in Pea Ridge AR but grew up in Garland TX. I have been married for 30 yrs. I have two married sons. I have been blessed with 7 grandchildren. I also have two dogs and two cats.
I love to do counted cross stitch. I am a member of the audio ministry of my church.
