My Goals:

CrossFit 3x a week

Incorporate Running 2x a week.

Personal Information:
No joke, I thought I was going to have to grab a piece of wood and smack you off that bar.

And I only eat like once a day. Just a few leaves of lettuce to keep me going. Sometimes if I'm feeling saucy, I'll take a breath of air. But then I feel too fat, so I let it out.

Once you join Crossfit you get to leave really random quotes on your facebook page so your friends have to ask you what it means. Its just another way to show how much you rule and they suck.

After that I'm going to hang a pair of rings from the tree in my front yard and do muscle ups without a shirt on. I want everyone passing by to think a f*cking ninja lives here. And if my neighbors get in my face I can tell them f*ck you Crossfit.com

Other Information:
I love to read. I keep a book in my truck with me for when I get stopped by a train or to read on my lunch breaks.
I enjoy romantic comedy based movies and reality tv. I love working my dogs, training and performing with them. I love to camp and hike and be outside. Unfortunately, I love to eat. I heart good, harty food. I'm a meat and potatos girl and it shows!

I've been considering starting CF but am so intimidated. Thanks for your posts that remind me that I'm imposing that feeling on myself, and that it's worth trying. :)
