My Goals:
To drop 80 pounds by July 2011. To focus on eating whole foods and more organic locally grown food rather than processed food products. To avoid fast food.

My Program:
Fruits, veggies, lean proteins, few to little starchy foods. More vegetarian the better.

Other Information:
Slow and steady winds the race. :)

Praying for you this Sunday and wondering how you are doing? Smile. I'm in BIRTHDAY WEEK with two of my kids and trying to figure out the best way to handle this. Today is a surprise BDAY for our son... two hour drive with two hour party then two hour drive home... SOLO! LOL! Fibromyalgia won't stop me, arthritis won't stop me, rain won't stop me... but what to do about IP is slowing me down. I'm going to bring IP food but not be a distraction (other than most of the folks including my son haven't seen me since I was 45 pounds heavier...) and will take the three day dive (ketosis recovery) if I feel it is in the best interest of his enjoyment and my Kingdom witness. Smile. What a journey we are on... What a privilege to be on it. Smile.

Our members are on all kinds of plans such as Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Low Glycemic. etc. What we share in common is a desire to eat high quality carbs and leave behind the processed sugary ones that cause medical problems and obesity.
