One more time...

I can't believe how many times I've tried to do this. I think this is my fifth time using SP. I have had success before using SP along with the Beck Diet Solution, but sadly I have gained back all the weight I lost and then some. Throughout all the times I've tried, I have learned so many things about myself and about this process. I have had success before using SP along with the Beck Diet Solution, but sadly I have gained back all the weight I lost and then some. Throughout all the times I've tried, I have learned so many things about myself and about this process. The thing that I know now and that I have truly come to terms with is that this needs to be 100% a lifestyle change. I always have the mindset of dieting and losing weight quickly because I want that instant gratification and then once I lose the weight, I feel like I can eat whatever I want again because I just worked so hard and deprived myself. I need to make this a lifestyle change because I will never keep weight off if i don't. I have realized this now and am ok with losing weight more slowly. I know that I'm more serious this time about doing it the right way because I have my sister's wedding coming up and I am not planning on crash dieting and I'll be ok with my weight even if its not as low as I want it. I need to simply make smarter healthier choices as often as I can and keep up my exercise, while not depriving myself. I need to take this one day at a time and not put pressure on myself to lose a certain amount of weight by a certain date. Hopefully I can make a permanent change this time around!

My Goals:
I would like to be healthy and stop binge eating for good and avoid going back to my old habits and gaining the weight back again.

My Program:
Eating 1200-1550 cals per day with one cheat meal per week. Working out 30-45 minutes, 4-6 times per week. Aiming for a healthy life without binge eating.
