HAPPY DECEMBER! Well.... almost! I am hoping you will stop by the V&B Garden Team to check out the December Challenge. We are keeping it simple this month because I know it is a busy time of year . Do you own a Pedometer? How about joining in on the challenge of walking 10,000 steps a day. YOU CAN DO IT!!! it is fun and super easy as long as you put that gizmo on first thing in the morning. I am sure being a garden lady you will be able to get those steps in.

I hope this helps you continue your journey to getting healthy and fit. I hope to see you SPARKING along with us soon!
