Christian weight loss
Hi there! My name is Candy. I am a Christian,56 yrs old and have been married for 30 years to my Knight in Shining Armor. He saved me from myself and has always been my rock. We have two grown daughters and one awesome grandson.

Plan of action:
1. Get off white stuff - so far so good
2. Drink 8 glasses of water ea day - not so good
3. Fruits & veggies - some days better than others
4. Exercise w/Wii - really ...
