Yeah I agree on that. I am still having a hard time slowing down. It's really tough. I think that is a good plan to eat one thing you like and then do veggies after that. I have been recording even if I am doing bad. That way I have the full scope. I have definitely been bad today. It was hard to eat good when I took Tay to Six Flags and then went to a birthday party. I pushed 500 calories over my limit. At least I walked about 10 miles per my pedometer. That made me feel a little less guilty.
