I want to be healthy

I am a mom of two boys. I am currently staying at home, but I am in the process of opening up a daycare center with one of my sisters.

I have tried off an on to get my act together and get healthy. I haven't been able to stick with anything. My Goals:
I want to at least get down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 190. It's not an ideal weight, but I would feel so much healthier. My goal weight is 159. I think that is an ideal weight for my body type. I felt great when I weighed that much.

My Program:
I am working on having a healthy plate at every meal. I also want to work my way up to being able to exercise like I used to before I had kids. :)

Yeah I agree on that. I am still having a hard time slowing down. It's really tough. I think that is a good plan to eat one thing you like and then do veggies after that. I have been recording even if I am doing bad. That way I have the full scope. I have definitely been bad today. It was hard to eat good when I took Tay to Six Flags and then went to a birthday party. I pushed 500 calories over my limit. At least I walked about 10 miles per my pedometer. That made me feel a little less guilty.

It is hard to exert self control, but I'm learning. Slowly!

Mmmm... veggie burgers!! I love them. I'm also super stoked about next summer!! Hot bods here we come!! I am just so happy how much we are turning around our lives!

What are you planning on doing at the Ponderosa dinner to avoid overeating? I was thinking it might be better to order off the menu. Any ideas? emoticon
